Cancellation and refund policy
✓Prepayment: Full Prepayment required at the time of booking to confirm the rooms
✓CANCELLATION POLICY- 15% minimum cancellation charges.
50% if cancelled less than 30 days before the Check-in Date.
There will be no refund for NO SHOW. There will also be no refund for early checkout or cancellation made less than 10 days before the check-in date or no show.
Child Policy:
Children up to 5 years of age can stay in the parent’s room without additional charge.
Children between 5-11 years will be charged 50% of adult rates.
Children above 11 years will be charged adult rates.
